Consulting Fees

 

FTLO provides two types of personalized travel consulting services: Concierge and R&R.  With our Concierge service, clients receive VIP treatment as FTLO takes care of every detail; accessing exclusive industry rates and amenities whenever possible. Concierge service provides clients with a seamless fully customized plan throughout the world. R&R, short for Research & Recommendations, is for those who value our expertise but prefer to book on their own. For each, the initial consultation call (up to 30 minutes) is free. To proceed, a consulting fee for our time will be prepared for client approval.

Prices start at $100

*This is a typical fee for a one week trip to a single destination for 2-4 people. Longer trips, more travelers, or multiple destinations will incur additional fees.

R&R

R&R is an a la cart service, providing clients with information and suggestions tailored to specific requests.

This includes  details for one or more of the services offered in the Concierge Plan. R&R allows clients access FTLO's knowledge, network and resources and use this information to independently secure and manage their own travel experience.

Prices start at $35

*This is a typical fee for accommodation recommendations for 2-4 people to a single destination. Longer trips, multiple destinations, more travelers and the variety of travel components selected for inclusion will result in additional fees.

FTLO’s Guarantee

 First time Concierge clients will have half of their first planning fee applied to trip costs once travel is booked. We look forward to working together and showing you FTLO’s added value and exceptional travel planning!
